We are pleased to publish two more Research Briefs related to college students with disabilities and their employment.

In Career Development Needs and Models of Support Kate Pillette of Northeastern University reviews the literature related to the career development needs of college students with disabilities. Her brief highlights exemplary career support models and offers recommendations for best practices in maximizing positive employment outcomes for persons with disabilities.

Jay Feldman of RTI International’s Center for the Evaluation and Study of Educational Equity examines research-based, and promising practices in providing support and training for college students with mental health disabilities in Career Development for College Students with Mental Health Disabilities.

Both are available at the NCCSD Research Brief page: http://www.nccsdonline.org/research-briefs.html

No seriously, is this the only good thing they can do? Life is not about finishing traditional school and working ourselves to death so we can afford things we don't really need in life. Who needs overpriced corn transformed into junk? Why are we living in closely tight spaces when there are other parts of the world which isn't polluted. When are we going to learn from our elders? The world is enough. We don't need to overproduce and overconsume.
